Cost per night (AUD):
$240 per night – 2 rooms included
- additional rooms per night $30 per room (a total of 4 rooms available).
- Book 7 nights, get 1 night free
- 30% discounts for artists.
Cleaning: $120 cleaning fee per stay
Terms
Payment terms: Once invoice has been issued, please pay to secure dates.
Cancellations: 100% refund 14 days prior to stay, 50% refund 13-4 days prior, no refund 3 days prior.
The base accomodation fees, includes 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, bathroom, kitchen, sunroom, electricity, hot water, tea & coffee. Additional room usage per night is $30 per room.
Check in from 3pm and check out 12 noon.
Linen is NOT included: BYO Linen – 2 x pillow cases, fitted and top sheets and bath towels.
$120 cleaning fee per stay.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
